本文以广西柳工zl50g型装载机为对象,在大量分析和实验的基础上,选取了故障诊断的敏感信号变量,设计了基于各变量特性的特征值提取算法,提取了信号的时频特征信息;为了提高信息的传输效率和降低信号采集负载,利用计算机技术并结合数值算法对信号进行重构,并给出重构信号是否失真的判定方法,确定了适用于本课题的较优采样频率;为存储装载机的标准数据和特征信息,制定了一套规则,建立基于机型的可复用、可扩展的标准数据库;最后围绕以上对数据的分析、处理以及对标准数据库的管理,开发了装载机标准信息处理系统。
