互补原理（；又称：并协原理），是丹麦物理学家玻尔为了解释量子现象的主要特征??波粒二象性而提出的哲学原理,认为微观粒子同时具有波动性与粒子性，而这两个性质是相互排斥的,不能用一种统一的图像去完整的描述量子现象,但波动性与粒子性对于描述量子现象又是缺一不可的,必须把两者结合起来，才能提供对量子现象的完备描述，量子现象必须用这种既互斥又互补的方式来描述。这个原理是玻尔对量子力学中“测不准原理”作出的哲学解释，也是哥本哈根学派的基本观点。
