   本文利用重庆及其周边地区的常规气象站的1951 ? 1980年30年的风速平均资料，针对复杂地形风速诊断，以地理信息系统为数据处理平台，根据重庆1 ： 25万dem数据，来获得重庆市实际复杂地形的高程，提出了一种适合于起伏地形的权重内插方法，通过引入一个表示地形起伏变化程度的因子，构造了一种新的权重函数，来处理复杂地形上的风速，通过与只考虑距因素同反平内插方法比较发现，本方法更适合在起伏地形条件下使用；然后根据经验公式在地形上进行计算，得出重庆地区起伏地形下的风速分布；得出重庆市的西部、中部平原地带风速较小，而北部山区随海拔高度升高风速也较大；重庆市风速最大时期为四月份，冬季一月份最小，夏季(七月份)大于秋季(十月份) 。
