民意汇集处（Survey Office）是香港政府在1987年成立的一个组织，负责搜集和整理香港市民就应否于1988年香港立法局议员选举引入直选的意见，委托一个商业机构进行两项大规模的民意调查，结果谓有94,270人反对引入直选，占受访对象的大多数，与当时民间的调查结果完全相反，后者差不多全部显示市民普遍支持八八直选，民意汇集处的报告结果令部份公众哗然。
