汲黯（？?前112年），西汉濮阳（今濮阳西南）人，字长孺。汉景帝时汲黯为太子洗马（太子家宦，太子出入时为先导），汉武帝时任中大夫；因常规劝武帝，武帝不耐，调为东海郡太守，继为主爵都尉，是汉代著名的直谏之臣。
