通过归因和比较分析，笔者认为，漫水湾镇学校在开发社区课程资源支持学校课程发展中，在认识、组织、制度、理论和实践层面所存在的种种问题与不足归结为两点：一是学校与社区缺乏有效的交往，结果是学校不能充分开发和利用社区课程资源；二是社区课程资源与学校课程缺乏有效的融合，结果是学校不能有效地开发社区课程资源支持学校课程发展。
