   本实验从绒山羊出生后每隔三个月采一次皮样，共分为4个月龄( 3 、 6 、 9 、 10或12 )段，通过制作石蜡切片，原位杂交、染色，并提取皮样蛋白做westernblotting等实验研究方法，研究了催乳素受体mrna催乳素受体在不同生长季节的内蒙古阿尔巴斯白绒山羊皮肤毛囊中的定位与表达，染色结果发现阿尔巴斯白绒山羊初级毛囊全年持续生长，次级毛囊的生长情况随季节而变化，秋冬季生长旺盛，夏季生长缓慢与绒毛生成规律呈正相关。
