本文结合重庆市大渡口区“三木花园”开发建设项目，从地下空间静力结构稳定性分析角度出发，针对在该项目中涉及的高层和多层建筑物以及在其地下20米处开挖了一个用于轨道交通的跨度6米，高7 . 5米的地下隧道这一具体工程情况，采用2d - 3d -有限元结构分析程序对高层与多层建筑物的地基基础及其与城市轨道交通使用的地下隧道围岩的应力与位移演变规律进行了有限元数值分析计算，探索了地下空间围岩与高层或多层建筑物地基基础之间的相互影响，通过考虑未受到任何人为扰动影响的天然状态、地表存在多层或高层建筑物状态和地下开挖用于轨道交通的地下隧道状态等三种不同状态以及4个水平剖线和4个垂直剖线等不同情况，从以下几个方面具体分析研究了计算断面的应力与位移分布规律： ( 1 )在各种不同状态下计算断面的主应力矢量图、位移分布图( ux 、 uy )以及应力等值线色谱图( _ 1 、 _ 2 、 _ ( xy ) )等； ( 2 )相同状态下不同水平与垂直剖线的应力_ 1 、 _ 2和_ ( xy )对比分布曲线； ( 3 )不同状态下相同水平或垂直剖线的应力_ 1 、 _ 2和_ ( xy )的对比分布曲线等，为今后在对地下空间的开发利用以及在高层建筑物地下开挖硐室时的工程设计和工程施工提供参考依据。
