胃炎（Gastritis），是指在胃部胃黏膜出现发炎的迹象，当胃部受到某种伤害时，白血球细胞会移至胃壁作出反应。胃炎并不一定代表该处出现溃疡或癌症，而急性或慢性胃炎可透过感染幽门螺旋杆菌、胆汁倒流、进食某种食品或饮用过量酒精类饮品而引发的。
