I readily consumed the food , read masters booklet and after some time , although i did not fully understand her teachings , naturally stopped eating meat 我欣然享用了那些素食品，并读了师父的样书。过了一段时间以后，虽然我尚未完全领悟师父的教理，却很自然地不想再吃荤。

In this process , some people might throw up ( like your situation ) , some people might have skin rashes and blisters , some people might have diarrhoea , stomach ache . . . . . or not feeling well eating / smelling meat 在这个过程中，有些人会呕吐（就象你现在的情况） ，有些人会起皮疹和水泡，有些人会腹泻或者胃痛… …或者对吃荤和闻到荤食味道会感到不适。
