  采用unitroottest和grangercausalitytest方法，对中国建筑业经济增长的相关变量进行granger因果分析，结果发现：中国gdp增长、对外经济合作(包括对外承包工程、劳务合作和设计咨询) 、外商直接投资、三次产业人员流动、国家科研投入都是建筑业产出增长的granger因，对建筑业成长有带动作用；其中， gdp 、对外经济合作和外商直接投资的增长分别与建筑业产业增加值增长有协整( cointegration )关系；建筑业产业成长则是其企业结构形态变动的granger因，国有企业在人员结构和产值结构中的比例都越来越小，产业的发展促使多种所有制形式的企业出现，提高市场竞争效率；文章还发现，在宏观经济政策方面，财政政策没有货币政策对中国建筑业的影响明显，虽然近年来积极的财政政策启动了不少大型基础设施项目，但由于“挤西安建筑科技大学博士论文出效应” ， granger检验显示政府的基建支出对建筑业增加值增长促进作用不显著;货币政策却由于对信贷和货币供给的控制而影响着建筑业的产出水平。
