The discomfort at the beginning of pregnancy disappeared immediately with my meditation . the baby s excitement was most obvious whenever i meditated . as to master s teachings about what to do during pregnancy , i of course followed them accordingly 怀孕初期的不适，一开始打坐即消失，有胎动的感觉后，每每打坐时胎儿在肚中雀跃的感觉非常鲜明，当然，师父对于怀孕期间的教导均遵守实行。
