If you hurt someone , which is bad karma , you too will be hurt sometime in the future 如果您伤害某人，也就是恶业，您在未来某个时候同样会遭伤害。
Avoid a moment ' s anger and gain endless merit . a moment of compassion diminishes endless bad karma 能忍一时之气，自能增长无限福德；能起一念之善，自能消弥无限罪业。

Some of the choices we didn t make , by being indecisive , also caused trouble . if we see something good , and we have the urge inside to change , and we don t do it , that also creates bad karma 有时候犹豫不决也会给我们造成困扰，例如我们看见好事，心里有一股动力想要做这个改变，但却没有付诸行动，这样也会造恶业。
