It s probably because before they took the animal form , they had incurred lots of bad karma , having taken too many lives or been forced into the situation by destiny and letting violence overtake them 就是因为他在还没有做恶兽以前，有可能造很多恶果，比如说杀生太多，或是被因缘逼才变成那种情况，然后变得很暴力。
But this is easy . and the more we meditate , the more we communicate with god , the more we know how to handle even bad karma . we dont feel the burden so much anymore because were stronger 不过这一点点定业很简单处理，我们只要多打坐，多跟上帝沟通，就会越来越明白怎么处理不好的业障，而且会变得更坚强，不会再感到沈重的压力。
However , despite all the good karma or bad karma that we have incurred , if we do not become attached to them , we can escape the retribution caused by them . whether the karma is good or bad , we still have to come back 不过即使造好的因好的果坏的果，也不要执著在那里，我们就不会受到它的报应，不管好坏还是要回来，最好没有好没有坏，我们就可以回天国。
Always keep our actions , speech and though clean , because can help us avoid many troubles and sufferings in the future . since our past karma has been resolved , we must not incur any bad karma now which will make us suffer more 时时要保持我们身口意乾净，这样会避免当来很多的麻烦和痛苦，因为过去的因果已经满了，现在不要再吸不好的因缘来，让我们更受苦。

Master s heart ached when she saw disciples creating bad karma out of ignorance , so she painstakingly explained this to us . perhaps one s karmic hindrances are so great that we cannot suppress our jealousy , but we still have to try our best to control it 师父心疼徒儿无明造下业障，才苦口劝诫我们，如果难免因果的业力影响，很难克制内心的嫉妒，但还是要尽量控制，念在彼此都是师兄弟，怎能忍心？
An average spiritual practitioner who shares my teachings with millions of people is blessed with infinite and inexhaustible merits , and attains sainthood very soon . however , for those who do not practice spiritually , even a big mission or assignment from god turns into bad karma 假如说一个普通修行的人，替师父广告给几百万人知道，功德无量无边用不完，会很快成佛不过因为不修行，即使佛菩萨给他们那么大的任务那么大的使命，也变成他们自己的业障。
So it is our greatest blessing and merit to listen to a lecture by an enlightened master . because we can see the master continuously for two or three hours , we can be elevated by his her vibration , or our bad karma can be cleansed to some degree by his her light , and then we will have inner experiences 所以去听一位明师讲经是最有福报最多功德，因为那个时候我们可以连续看明师二三个小时，会被他的磁场提升，或是被他的光洗乾净我们一些粗糙的业障，然后我们就会有体验。
It is difficult enough without you having to make more temptations , taking advantage of the position of going near them , helping them to drive a car , or helping them to cook a little meal . you weaken their resistance , make bad karma for yourself , and hinder a future master from serving all other suffering sentient beings . i hope you understand for the first time , and for the last time 这些话不但是对你们，也是对未来所有同修说的，我希望我请求恳求你们一定要遵守，因为无论和尚或尼姑同样是人，一样是有形众生，有肉体，有身体上的需要和欲望，他们要抵抗这些欲望已经很难了，何况再加上你们的诱惑你们利用机会靠近他们，帮他们开车或煮饭等等的，这样你们更削弱了他们的抗拒力，不但为自己造下业障，也阻碍一位未来佛去侍奉其他受苦难的众生，希望你们都了解了，希望我这是第一次也是最后一次再请求你们了解。
Milarepa was once subject to a seven - year punishment by his master in order to cleanse the bad karma he had incurred through his earlier use of black magic . his master refused to transmit the method to him until seven years had passed . during these seven years , milarepa was so anxious that he tried to learn the method behind his master s back , but did not succeed 密勒日巴跟他师父学的时候，他的师父处罚他七年，要洗乾净他以前用黑神通的业障，七年以后才传法给他，不过在七年中间，密勒日巴很急，骗他的师父好几次，要偷这个法门不过没办法偷。
