The authority shall upon request by the secretary afford to him sufficient facilities for obtaining information with respect to the property and affairs of the authority and shall , in such manner and at such times as the secretary may require , furnish him with returns , accounts and other information with respect thereto and afford to him facilities for the verification of information furnished 市建局须在局长提出要求时，给予他充分的便利，让他取得与市建局的财产及事务有关的资料，并须按局长所规定的方式及时间，向他提供与市建局的财产及事务有关的申报表帐目及其他资料，并给予他核实所提供资料的便利。
