To identify genes involving the regulation of blood glucose ( especially those to decrease blood glucose ) and genes related to the alteration in the morphology and function of the adrenal gland , to explore the molecular mechanisms of blood glucose regulation , we established the gene expression profiling of the monkey adrenal glands under acute hyperglycemia / hypoglycemia or chronic hyperglycemia with cdna microarray 为了遴选肾上腺中与血糖调节(尤其是降血糖的基因)以及慢性情况下肾上腺形态功能改变相关的基因，探究其在血糖调节中的分子机制。本实验以猕猴为实验对象，采用cdna微阵列技术，建立了急性高低血糖和慢性高血糖情况下肾上腺差异基因表达谱。
