Based on the experimental researches on the fluorescence spectra of whole blood , erythrocyte and hemoglobin excited by visible led light and ar + laser with various wavelengths , the relationship of led light and ar + laser excited blood cells fluorescence spectra with the concentration is investigated theoretically and experimentally , and the fluorescence spectra induced by led light and ar + laser are compared 本文在用可见光波段的、不同波长的led和ar ~ +激光诱导全血、红细胞和血红蛋白荧光光谱实验研究基础上，对用不同波长的led光和ar ~ +激光诱导的血细胞荧光光谱随浓度的变化规律进行了实验研究和理论分析，并就上述两种光源激发的荧光光谱进行了比较研究。
