The duties of the president shall be to preside at meetings of the members , of the board of directors , and any meeting in which the board participates , to countersign all cheques , notes , drafts , and other orders for the disbursement of funds of the credit union , and shall perform such other duties as customarily appertain to the office of president or as he may be directed to perform by resolution of the board of directors , not inconsistent with the ordinance and these bylaws 社长：社长为社员大会主席，董事会议主席及董事会参予之会议之主席。凡本社支票、票据、支款单据均须由社长副署。社长须负责推行与其职位有关之其他未列任务及实施符合法例与章程之董事决议。
