A total of 770 hair samples from 78 dogs and 32 cats were cultivated to isolate fungus on sabouraud medium and dermatophyte test medium from january 2002 to march 2003 in veterinary teaching hospital of china agricultural university . all hair samples were collected from seven points of the pets : the right carpus , the lateral corner of right eye , the external canal of right ear , the dorsal of right ear base , dorsal , ventral and caudal 从2002年1月至2003年3月，在中国农业大学动物医院对北京地区临床健康宠物犬78只、猫32只，分别从其身体的右腕、外眼角、耳内、耳外、背、腹、尾等7个点采集了770个被毛样本，进行真菌培养和鉴定。

Using the methods of fluoro - gold ( fg ) retrograde tracing combined with immuno - fluorescence histochemistry , cb - immunoreactive neurons expressed immunoreactivity for fos protein in nts which send their axons to bst were investigated . after injecting fg into bst mainly in lateral part , the fg retrogradely labeled neurons were found in the mid - caudal part of nts bilaterally with ipsilateral side predominance . cb - and fos - immunoreactive neurons were distributed equally in both sides of nts 结果显示：将荧光金（ fg ）注入一侧终纹床核外侧部（ bstl ）后，中尾段nts内双侧出现fg逆行标记神经元，注射区同侧占优势； nts的相同平面可观察到双侧等量分布的兔疫反应阳性的cb和fos神经元：三种神经元的分布有明显的重叠现象。
