With the unceasing development of urban society and economy , the problem of security is rigorous in urban resident environment , it is new challenge that planning design in resident environment . then it is very necessary and realistic value that we research the problem of defensible security in urban resident environment 随着城市社会和经济的不断发展，城市居住环境中的安全问题日益严峻，使居住环境规划设计正面临着新的挑战，那么我们研究城市居住环境的安全防范问题就是非常必要和有现实意义的。
It is observed that : ( a ) it is extremely difficult to have the planning aimed at being either ecological or economic optimum ， i . e . planning is not a process determined absolutely in terms of environmental and economic criteria ， but rather a defensible one .
