The existing problems can be classified into two main categories . one is that from the characteristics of market economy : enterprises still lack autonomy ; the inequality of market participants ; the market system is imperfect ; the legal system is not healthy ; we still need to open wider to the outside world . second is from the perspective of the structure of the futures market : we still do not have a correct understanding of the relationship and nature between futures exchange , futures brokerage firms and investors ( hedgers and speculators ) 存在的问题有两大方面：从市场经济特征来看，表现为：企业缺乏自主经营，市场主体不平艺口八硕士学位论文wmaster ’ sthesis等，市场体系不完善，法律体系不健全，对外开放程度不够；从期货市场自身的结构来看，主要是没有正确认识和处理期货交易所、期货经纪公司、投资者（套期保值者和投机者）的性质和相互关系。
On the basis of the above - mentioned analysis , i try to make some constructive suggestions and recommendations on the improvement and innovation of the futures delivery to be taken by the chinese futures market at the present stage as follows : futures contracts must be designed properly , that is , customers should be placed at the most important place , hedgers and speculators should be treated equally and use of the futures contracts by speculators should be stressed 在上述分析的基础上，提出了目前中国商品期货交割的一些改革思路和建设性建议。期货合约的设计要科学，要“以客户为中心” ，对套期保值者和投机者一视同仁，且更多的为广大投机者设计。对期货交割既不限制，也不提倡，顺其自然。
