The result showed that choosing teaching content correctly , adjusting sports events , reforming teaching mode which was maladjusted with character education , stressing the student - centered development and establishing scientific evaluation system were not only the ways of reforming track and field teaching but also the objective request of fostering eligible person with ability 研究表明：在高校田径课程教学中选择有利于实现课程目标的教学内容，有针对性地调整现有田径项目，改革与素质教育要求不相适应的教学方式，强调以学生的发展为中心，建立科学的学习评价体系，不仅是田径课程自身改革的需要，也是《体育（与健康）课程标准》对高校体育教育专业培养合格人才的客观要求。
