If the bank has incurred any legal or collection fees or other expenses for the purpose of demanding , collection or suing to recover any sum payable hereunder from the customer or for other remedies resulting from the breach of , or non - compliance with , any terms of these conditions or any other agreement with the bank , the customer will reimburse the bank in respect of all such fees and expenses which are reasonable in accordance with condition 11 若本行因向客户催缴追收或起诉以讨回在本协议下客户应付之任何款项或为了取得由于此等条件中任何一项条款的违约或不遵守而导致的补偿，而须支付的任何律师或收账费用或其他开支，客户须根据第十一条就该等合理费用及支出偿付本行。
