• In order to develop the new die steel dm9 , which is worked in heavy load conditions , this paper has studied the theoretical basis of die steel alloy design and metallography theory , and put forward the procedures of alloy design for engineering application . and melting , forging , heat treatment , micro - structure and properties of dm9 die steel have also been studied
  本文针对受重载荷作用的新型冷作模具钢dm9的研制，探讨了冷作模具钢合金设计的理论依据，结合金属学理论，提出了合金设计工程应用的步骤，并对dm9钢进行了熔炼锻轧、热处理工艺、组织结构及性能研究。
