Methods 50 wistar rats were sensitized by ovalbumin as animal model of ar and randomly divided into 5 groups : model group , ketotifen fumarate group , xinqin granules group , low - dose minkang tablet group , and high - dose minkang tablet group , another 10 healthy rats in normal group 方法除正常组外，其余大鼠用卵清蛋白造成变应性鼻炎模型，随机分为模型组、西药对照组（酮替芬组） 、中药对照组（辛芩冲剂组） 、敏康片小剂量组、敏康片大剂量组；用药1周后观察大鼠一般情况及鼻黏膜肥大细胞数、脱颗粒细胞数、血浆组胺的变化。
