The important part in photoelectric transform circuits is design of driving circuits and signal processing circuits about linear ccd . the time order driving circuit of ccd are designed and debugged with cpld ( complicated programmable logic device ) , which make the whole driving circuit ' s volume very small , shorten design period , modify design at any time , and enhance reliability and agility of circuit 在设计过程中，采用了一种复杂可编程逻辑器件( cpld )设计线阵ccd驱动脉冲电路的新方法，只对器件进行重新编程，在不改变任何硬件的情况下，就可以实现驱动器的更新换代，非常适合线阵ccd脉冲产生电路的设计研究，具有高集成度、高可靠性、开发时间短、投资少等优点。
In the design , we make use of two eda tools max + plus ii and protel99 . because of the using of complex programmable logical device ( cpld ) , we can keep untuched the original hard circuit in design and realization of counting card , so it inherited the advantage of its predecessor . in order to quantitatively analyze the performance of data acquisition system with fifo cache , we introduced the queueing theory to build mathematic model to test its quality 在设计中借助了max + plusii和protel99两个eda设计软件。由于采用了复杂可编程逻辑器件cpld ，使得在计数卡的设计和实现中不用更改原硬件电路，对原设计的优点有很好的继承。在验证系统改进性能时，引入排队论建立了数学模型对系统的工作性能进行定量分析，证明其达到了设计要求。
