In order to prove this method is applicable not only in simple graphic drawing but also in complicated machine parts design , through building up gear mathematic model , researching on gear design in routine way , and with the help of opengl , author realized the gear real time collaborative design with great success , in which 3 - demensions solid model as well as 2 - demensions drawing are available 为了证明这种系统不但能实现简单图形的协同绘制，同样能实现复杂零件的实时协同设计，论文还以齿轮为例，具体研究了机械零件网上实时协同参数化设计的实现。在对齿轮的研究中，不但实现了齿轮的二维图形的实时生成，而且也实现了三维模型的实时生成，充分证明了这种实时协同设计方法的可行性和优越性。
