If you cough , sneeze , sigh , or yawn , do it not loud but privately ; and speak not in your yawning , but put your handkercheif or hand before you face and turn aside 如果要咳嗽、擤鼻涕、打喷嚏或是哈欠，一是要想法悄悄处理，而不要弄出很大声音；打哈欠时不要说话，而应该用手绢或是手遮住脸并扭过头去。
