Aiming at the vibration issue of taiyangsheng pumping station of northeast pipeline network , the causation of the vibration is tested and analyzed in this paper . the vibration mitigation method for this pipeline is given out , and the finite element analysis of the pipeline vibration and base isolation is progressed . the result of the test and analysis indicate that the effect of the rubber pillow vibration mitigation is effective for the pipeline system 本文针对东北输油管网太阳升泵站出口管道的振动问题,分析测试了该管道的振动原因,给出了适用于该管道的减振方法,并进行了管道振动与隔振的有限元数值分析,对比了管道减振前后的振动情况,测试分析结果表明采用橡胶垫减振后减振效果明显。
