( 6 ) the expression of cd 137 on t cells from from subacute senile mouse model and the aging mouse have a time dependently derease and the peak of cd 137 expression appeared earlier while the aging keep going on 结论( 1 ) d -半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠模型t细胞cd137分子表达变化规律与自然衰老小鼠相似，造模两个月后的大剂量组小鼠即可用于衰老个体cd137分子的相关研究。 ( 2 )模型小鼠cd137分子表达随衰老的发生发展呈规律性变化，提示该分子可能为t细胞衰老的分子标志。 （ 3 ）即使在衰老状态下，机体对cd137分于的表达依然具有调控作用，提示兔疫系统的代偿能力仍然存在。
