Based on the quick development of computer network , this thesis deals with how to apply network technology to civil and architectural engineering . the finished research contains as follows : the research on reraote - network - monitor - system , the realization of the data collection of ddc ( direct digital controller , multi - loop data circuit monitor ) , the communication , the real time control of remote network . moreover , the remote - network - monitor - system is applied in the engineering practice in which monitoring the security of high framed girder and plank 其中包括：研究了远程网络检测系统基本结构，实现了下位机(多路数据巡回检测仪)现场数据采集、下位机与上位机通信、远程网络实时控制采集过程等；成功编制了下位机与上位机通信软件和用于动态更新、存储数据的数据库系统；将远程网络检测系统应用于工程实例，完成了高层建筑框支梁安全性监测、不抽芯板专利技术检测。
In the middle 1960s , it began to be applied in detecting the fault of electronic facility in foreign countries . in the 1970s , thermal instrument had been installed in helicopter to detect the connection of power line and the determinant standard about infrared test had been established . in the middle 1980s , ir technology had a comprehensive application on the fault of print circuit board ( pcb ) 国外应用红外技术检测电气设备故障始于六十年代中期，七十年代开始把热像仪装在面包车或直升机上对变电站设备或高压输电线路连接件故障做巡回检测，并分别制订出相应的技术规范或红外诊断故障判定标准。
Ftir , thermal conductivity device and smart digital rounding temperature testing device are used to test the infrared absorption spectrum , thermal conductivity and temperature changes of the title coatings , it is concluded that when hudrotalcite and magnesium sulfate is mixed by 4 to 10 , the heat insulation property is the best , and the temperature changes of nizi increased by 5 approximately compared with those without hydrotalcite and magnesium sulfate compound system , but the heat conduction coefficient is hardly increased because of the different mechanism of heat insulation of the fillers , which further prove that heat insulation with fillers is based on infrared barrier 本文使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、导热系数仪和智能数字式巡回检测温度测试仪分别测试了添加具有红外阻隔能力填料的内墙涂料的红外吸收光谱、导热系数和温度变化情况，通过测试结果得出结论：水滑石和硫酸镁在质量比为4 : 10的时候，红外阻隔性能最优，其温差变化较没有添加水滑石硫酸镁复合体系时提高5左右，而对内墙涂料的导热系数几乎没有影响,这是由于填料对涂料的保温机理不同所致，同时也进一步验证了填料是通过红外阻隔来达到保温效果的。
