But we , brethren , having been taken away from you for a short while in person , not in spirit were all the more eager with great desire to see your face 帖前2 : 18所以我们有意到你们那里、我保罗有一两次要去、只是撒但阻挡了我们。
For indeed when we were with you , we kept telling you in advance that we were going to suffer affliction ; and so it came to pass , as you know 帖前3 : 4我们在你们那里的时候、豫先告诉你们、我们必受患难、以后果然应验了、你们也知道。

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds , to meet the lord in the air : and so shall we ever be with the lord 帖前4 : 17以后我们这活著还存留的人、必和他们一同被提到云里、在空中与主相遇这样、我们就要和主永远同在。
