• I am an estate agent . like some taxpayers who work in the service industry , i have been forced by my employer to change my working status from an employee to that of a self - employed so as to release my employer from the obligation in making mandatory provident fund contributions for me . should i report my income as business profits in the part for profits tax in the tax return
