In order to ascertain stress behavior of steel lined reinforced concrete pipe accurately , according to the fundamental principle of non - linear computation of reinforced concrete elements , the steel lined reinforced concrete penstock on downstream dam surface in a hydropower station is calculated and analyzed , and the distribution of circumferential stress of the steel lined reinforced concrete pipe is obtained , it proves that it is safe and reasonable to use structures of steel lined reinforced concrete penstock in hydroelectric station construction , and can satisfy the requirement of project 摘要为了能够准确地把握钢衬钢筋混凝土管的受力性能，根据钢筋混凝土单元非线性计算的基本原理，对某水电站钢衬钢筋混凝土坝后背管进行了计算分析，得出了钢衬钢筋混凝土管环向应力的分布情况，分布情况说明了此水电站采用钢衬钢筋混凝土坝后背管的结构形式是安全合理的，可以满足工程要求。
