• For each state ratifying or acceeding to this convention after the deposit of the third instrument of ratification or accession , this convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after deposit by such state of its instrument of ratification or accession
  2在第三个国家交存批准书或加入书以后，本公约从每个国家交存批准书或加入书后九十日对该国生效。
• A copy of the instrument of ratification , acceptance , or accession of treaties or agreements that must be deposited with foreign organizations shall have its photocopy to be authenticated and sent to the ministry of foreign affairs within 30 days
  条约或协定之批准书、接受书或加入书，其须交存国外机关保存者，应将经认证之该项文书影印本，于三十日内送交外交部保存。
• The municipal technical super vision bureaus shall give the bureaus of foreign economy and trade some enterprises codes in advance and then the bureaus of foreign economy and trade shall give the codes to the foreign investors when giving then the approval documents of investments
  市技术监督局预先发给市外经贸局一批企业代码，由市外经贸局在发放外商投资批准书的同时给外商投资企业赋码。
• 4 the sanction letter issued to the borrowers should contain the period for which the credit facilities are granted and the due date for review so as to put them on notice to submit the necessary financial and other particulars on time for the exercise to be completed as per schedule
  发给贷款人的贷款批准书应当包括授予其贷款的期限和复查的日期，以便提请他们注意按时提交必要的财务及其他资料，按照规程完成业务。
• Under the terms and conditions of land grant , a farmer who wishes to construct agricultural structures ( e . g . greenhouses , livestock sheds , hatcheries , fish ponds , store rooms etc . ) on leasehold agricultural land must apply to the lands department for a letter of approval for agricultural structures
  根据地政批地条款，在有土地契约的私人农地上兴建农用构筑物(如温室、禽畜舍、孵化室、养鱼池、储物室等) ，须向地政总署申请农用构筑物批准书。
• 2 when a state ratifies , accepts , approves or accedes to this convention after the deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification , acceptance , approval or accession , this convention , with the exception of the part excluded , enters into force in respect of that state , subject to the provisions of paragraph of this article , on the first day of the month following the expiration of twelve months after the date of the deposit of its instrument of ratification , acceptance , approval or accession
  在本条第款规定的条件下，对于在第件批准书接受书核准书或加入书交存后才批准接受核准或加入本公约的国家，本公约在该国交存其批准书接受书核准车或加入书之日起个月后的第个月第天对该国生效，但不适用的部分除外。
• Any country may declare in its instrument of ratification or accession , or may inform the director general by written notification any time thereafter , that this convention shall be applicable to all or part of those territories , designated in the declaration or notification , for the external relations of which it is responsible
  任何国家可以在其批准书或加入书中声明，或在以后任何时候以书面通知总干事，本公约适用于该国的声明或通知中所指定的由该国负责其对外关系的全部或部分领地。
• Before examining and issuing the approval certificate for the establishment of medical institution , the district or county public health administrative department shall inform the applicant of going through the formalities for the name ratification of the medical institution with the municipal public health administrative department ; and the municipal public health administrative department shall reply in writing within 10 days after receiving the written application for the name ratification
  区、县卫生行政部门在核发《设置医疗机构批准书》之前，应当告知设置申请人向市卫生行政部门申请办理医疗机构名称核准手续，市卫生行政部门应当自收到核准名称的书面申请之日起10日内作出书面答复。
