4 without prejudice to the lands resumption ordinance cap . 124 , the authority may make reference to the commencement date of the implementation of the project notified in the gazette for determining , in accordance with the authority s policies as published from time to time , the eligibility of any person to receive compensation , payments or other benefits including the provision of alternative residential accommodation where necessary as a result of the authority s implementation of the project 4在不损害收回土地条例第124章的原则下，市建局可参照宪报所公布的项目开始实施的日期，以按照市建局不时公布的政策，决定某人因市建局实施该项目而可收取补偿款项或其他利益包括在有需要情况下获提供其他居所的资格。
