[ niv ] but you are our father , though abraham does not know us or israel acknowledge us ; you , o lord , are our father , our redeemer from of old is your name 16 [和合]亚伯拉罕虽然不认识我24们，以色列也不承认我们，你却是我们的父。耶和华啊!你是我们的25父，从万古以来，你名称为我们的救赎主。

Thus says the lord your redeemer , the holy one of israel , " for your sake i have sent to babylon , and will bring them all down as fugitives , even the chaldeans , into the ships in which they rejoice 赛43 : 14耶和华你们的救赎主、以色列的圣者如此说、因你们的缘故、我已经打发人到巴比伦去、并且我要使迦勒底人如逃民、都坐自己喜乐的船下来。
Thus says jehovah , your redeemer , the holy one of israel , for your sake i have sent to babylon , and i will bring down all of them as fugitives , even the chaldeans , whose rejoicing is in the ships 14耶和华你们的救赎主，以色列的圣者如此说，因你们的缘故，我已经打发人到巴比伦去，并且我要使他们迦勒底众人，如逃民下来，他们的欢乐原在于他们的船只。
We find that in god ' s care he made sure that ruth was gleaning in the field of boaz . this was the man who was to become her redeemer and husband . in the record boaz is a type of the lord jesus christ . so ruth the gentile was working for her mother in the field of her saviour 上帝照顾了路得，所以他安排路得在波阿斯的田间拾取麦穗。这个人变成了她的救赎人和丈夫。在路得记波阿斯是主耶稣的预表。所以外帮人路得是在她的救赎主为她的婆婆工作。
