This paper analyzed the current situation and problems of the using of agricultural scientific and technological information in yunnan , put forward the views of further strengthening the key issues of constructing basic platform , settling the problem of " the forefront one kilometer " and " the last one kilometer " , and providing the better scientific and technological support for rural economic development and new rural construction in yunnan 摘要本文分析了云南农业科技信息及技术应用的现状与存在的问题，提出了进一步加强其基础平台建设，解决好“最前一公里”和“最后一公里”关键问题，以便更好地为云南农村经济发展和新农村建设提供科技支撑作用的看法。
We are now building broadband communication network on a large scale within and outside the country , and access network is known as the last mile of highway of information . backbone network has been a broadband optical network of digital , while access network developed very slowly , and technically dropped behind , which has become the bottleneck of the complete network 国内外正在进行大规模的宽带通信网络的建设，其中接入网被看作是“信息高速公路的最后一公里” ，目前主干网基本上已经实现了光纤化、数字化和宽带化，而处于网络边缘的用户接入网却一直发展缓慢、技术落后，已经成为制约全网宽带化的瓶颈。
The research concludes : ( 1 ) farmers have differing intensities of need ; ( 2 ) farmers prefer varying types of information ; ( 3 ) personal interaction with mass media can play an important role in the communication of information ; ( 4 ) the decisions of a few influential farmers can greatly affect the decision making process of the majority of farmers ; ( 5 ) a farmers " daily routine influences how innovation is adopted ; ( 6 ) local governments and institutions , like agricultural extension stations , could improve the provision of information for the " final one kilometer ; " ( 7 ) information services offered by non - government organizations ( ngos ) are popular among farmers ; ( 8 ) the baoji model , that combines the participation of experts with that of the local farmers , can promote the application and transformation of technological information 在信息服务策略方面，多元传播主体相结合的科技信息服务模式传播效果最好。研究结果还表明：不同类型农户对不同种类信息偏好不同；人际传播与大众传播相结合的传播效果对农户选择信息有重要影响作用；意见领袖多为相对富裕型农户，其主业亦呈多样化；在信息传播主体多元化的时代，意见领袖的决策行为仍对一般农户的决策有非常大的影响。调查研究发现，农户日常行为习惯对获取和采纳科技信息有直接的影响，在“最后一公里”信息服务中，基层政府信息传播部门没能发挥应有的作用；农民受众最多的电视媒介未能充分发挥作用；民间产生的信息服务模式深受农户欢迎；宝鸡农业科技专家大院的多元信息服务主体相结合的信息服务模式有助于科技信息的应用与转化。
