Article 144 anyone who violates this law and causes damage or loss to others , shall be subject to civil proceedings in accordance with laws 第一百四十四条违反本法规定，给他人造成损害的，应当依法承担民事责任。
The provisions of this section extend to any right , duty , or liability declared by this act which may be lawfully modified by agreement 本条各项规定，可以扩大到本法规定的经协议合法修改的任何权利、义务或责任。
Decisions made by the peoples courts according to procedures in this law shall be publicized , except for otherwise provided by this law 人民法院依本法规定的程序作出的裁定，应当公告。但是，本法另有规定的，不在此限
Article 5 accounting offices and accounting personnel shall conduct accounting practice and exercise accounting supervision in accordance with this law 第五条会计机构、会计人员依照本法规定进行会计核算，实行会计监督。
If a creditor fails to file its claim in accordance with this law , it may not exercise its rights in accordance with the procedure specified in this law 债权人未依照本法规定申报债权的，不得依照本法规定的程序行使权利。
Article 70 : either the debtor or a creditor may directly petition the people ' s court in accordance with this law to restructure the debtor 第七十条?债务人或者债权人可以依照本法规定，直接向人民法院申请对债务人进行重整。

General average losses and contributions and salvage charges , as defined by this act , are not recoverable under the suing and labouring clause 本法规定之共同海损损害及其分摊，或救助费用，均不得依据施救条款之规定获得赔偿。
