Because those colleges and schools of the chinese people ' s armed police army founded for no long time , the work of teaching quality evaluation is in the stage of reaching and developing . there is no model of teaching quality evaluation in those colleges and schools which is scientific , reasonable , just and with their own characueristics . this state of affairs leads to the work of teaching quality evaluation in those colleges and schools unscientific , not standards and not frequently 由于武警部队院校组建晚、时间短、起点低、经验少，教学质量评价还处于不断探索、不断完善的发展阶段，还没有形成科学合理、整体配套、有武警特色的教学质量评价体系，致使武警院校教学质量评价还不够科学、不够规范、不够经常，在一定程度上影响了武警院校人才培养质量和部队建设。
