Result and conclusion " xiaotuobu jiehe decoction " had better effects than " pipa qingfei beverage " in the treatment of acne conglobata 结果用消托补结合方治疗聚合型痤疮在改善临床症状等方面均优于枇杷清肺饮，且未出现明显不良反应。
Whatever kind of factor resulting to acne the basis pathological changes all take on lung and stomach ' s hotness , so the therapeutics should adopt the method of clearing lung and stomach ' s hotness 无论何种原因引起的痤疮，均有肺胃热盛的病理基础，因而在治疗上宜采用清肺胃热的方法。
Methods seventy subjects were randomized into two groups : treatment group in which 37 cases were treated by " xiaotuobu jiehe decoction " and control group in which 33 cases were treated by " pipa qingfei beverage " , with eight weeks 方法将70例患者分成两组，治疗组37例口服消托补结合方，对照组33例口服枇杷清肺饮， 4周为1个疗程， 2个疗程后比较两组疗效。
