As we have before said , the postchaise was waiting ; four powerful horses were already pawing the ground with impatience , while ali , apparently just arrived from a long walk , was standing at the foot of the steps , his face bathed in perspiration 正如我们前面所说的，马车已等在门口。四匹强壮的马在不耐烦地蹬踏着地面，在台阶前，站着那满头大汗的阿里，他显然刚赶了大路回来。
The afternoon program was an even more vigorous aerobic dance session conducted by a fellow sister , in which i experienced more profuse perspiration . although all my muscles protested , i really enjoyed aerobic dancing with the other fellow initiates 下午的节目则是更激烈的有氧舞蹈，在师姊的指导下，又让我度过一个满头大汗的下午，尽管全身的肌肉都在向我抗议，但是我真的好高兴可以跟这么多同修一起跳有氧舞蹈。
There was a barbecue at the garden area which attracted many tourists who were very curious about the great variety of delicious vegetarian food products . many of them made inquiries about the food and even purchased items at the information counter . on the beach , young fellow practitioners had great fun building sand castles and floating in the water , while others perspired profusely playing beach games 活动项目琳琅满目，在花园之间有户外巴比区，许多外来游客见到素食烤料竟如此丰富味美，纷纷询问并向服务台采购在沙滩上许多小同修兴高采烈的堆沙堡或将身子泡在海面上随海波晃漾，不亦乐乎同修准备的沙滩活动也让叁加者玩得满头大汗，比赛者与啦啦队皆卯足了劲，尽兴忘我。
