This paper brings a open nc system based in sercos interface ; constructs its software and hardware platform . with this platform , basic function of softcnc can be realized , this platform can be also used in rolling control system , expected result is arrived 本文提出了一种基于sercos接口的开放式数控体系，构建了基于sercos接口的开放式数控体系的软硬件平台，在该平台上的基础上实现了机床软cnc的基本功能，最后将这种开放式数控体系实际应用于高速瓦楞纸板辊切控制系统，得到满意的控制效果。
