O lord , my heart is not proud , nor my eyes haughty ; nor do i involve myself in great matters , or in things too difficult for me 诗131 : 1大卫上行之诗。耶和华阿、我的心不狂傲、我的眼不高大重大和测不透的事、我也不敢行。
The arrogant one will stumble and fall and no one will help her up ; i will kindle a fire in her towns that will consume all who are around her . 32狂傲的必绊跌仆倒，无人扶起。我也必使火在他的城邑中着起来，将他四围所有的尽行烧灭。
And the haughtiness of the ordinary man will be humbled , and the loftiness of the men of distinction will be abased ; but jehovah alone will be exalted in that day 17平常人的高傲必屈服，显贵人的狂傲必降为卑；到那日，惟独耶和华被尊崇。

The arrogance of your heart has beguiled you , o you who dwell in the clefts of the rock , whose habitation is lofty , who says in his heart , who will bring me down to the ground 3你这住在磐石穴中，居所在高处的阿，你因心中狂傲自欺，心里说，谁能将我拉下地去呢？
