The colonization of gintraradices , gcaledordinum and gmosseae can decrease the uptake and accumulation of heavy metals of festuca . rubra and red clover and then protect them from toxicity of heavy metals to some extent . . there were consistent difference amongthe effect of different amf species , gintraradices had better effect on the decrease of heavy metal content in shoot of host plants than gcaledordinum and gmosseae 能明显降低紫羊茅、三叶草体内重金属山根系向地上部的运输，在某种程度上减少了高浓度重金属对植株的影响，有利于紫羊茅和三叶草在重金属污染土壤中定植。不同菌种的菌根效应有较大差异，菌种gintraradice :在减少重金属由根系向地上部运输的作用上优于菌种gcaledordinum和gm口sseae 。
