• Where margin purchase or short sale transaction is suspended or margin purchase ratio or percentage of margin of short sale is adjusted in accordance with the provisions in the preceding paragraph , if the reason for suspension or adjustment no longer exists , the stock exchange or otc exchange shall make public announcement of the reinstatement and report to fsc for recordation
  依前项暂停融资融券交易或调整融资比率、融券保证金成数者，于暂停或调整原因消灭时，由证券交易所或证券柜台买卖中心公告恢复，并报本会备查。

  第16条证券商依第八条规定办理证券业务借贷款项，对同一人、同一关系人之融通额度与有价证券买卖融资融券业务之融资额度合并计算后，不得超过该证券商净值之一定比率或金额。
