According to the endogenous growth model , technology is closely related to knowledge and human capital . on one hand , the model treated technology , knowledge and human capital as the same concept and focused on the increasing returns derived from the nature of technology ; on the other hand , the endogenous growth theory take knowledge ( human capital ) accumulation as the main resource generating technological progress 在内生增长模型中，技术与知识或人力资本密切相联，一方面，内生增长模型中把技术、知识与人力资本视为同一概念，探讨其特殊性质所能带来的收益递增；另一方面内生增长理论把知识(专业化人力资本)积累视为取得技术进步的主要原因。
