There are follow innovative idea : solving the bottleneck problem in constructing medicinal assisted diagnosis system using technology of data mining ; starting with classical rough set theory , established two algorithms : data reduct and mdrbr ( mining default rules based on rough set ) , the objective is to acquire diagnostic knowledge from cases automatically from the diagnosed cases database , in the end established knowledge database that could be used for consequence 本研究的创新点:使用数据挖掘技术，解决医学辅助诊断专家系统开发过程中的瓶颈问题;从经典的粗糙集理论入手，结合确诊病例数据库和临床诊断的特点，得到两种数据挖掘算法:数据简约算法和默认规则挖掘算法mdrbr ( miningdefaultrulesbasedonroughset ) ，从已确诊病例数据库中获得骨肿瘤诊断知识，建立诊断知识库。
This research started with establishing diagnosed cases database . after discussing with medical experts , 100 cases were selected from 120 cases inpatients in institute of bone tumors of chinese pla , the second teaching hospital , the fourth military medical university as the resource of knowledge database ; clinical checkup knowledge database including image information was set up according to the case content ; coding all information of clinical diagnoses , using sql server 2000 to storage database 本研究从建立确诊病例数据库入手，首先从第四军医大学第二附属医院全军骨肿瘤研究所获得120例住院患者的病例，再将这120例病例与临床专家一起协商，初步筛选出100例，作为建立确诊病例数据库数据的来源，然后根据病例的内容建立包括图像信息在内的患者临床检查数据库，对各种临床诊断信息统一编码，使用sqlserver2000作为数据库存储后台。
Results there were 49 cases with cervical spine involved , including metastatic cancers ( 29 ) , primary bone tumors ( 14 ) and osteoporosis only ( 6 ) ; 98 cases with thoracic vertebrae collapse , including metastatic tumors ( 24 ) , primary tumors or tumor - like disorders ( 8 ) and osteoporosis only ( 66 ) ; 111 cases with lumbar vertibrae collapse , including metastatic cancers ( 39 ) , primary bone tumors or tumor - like disorders ( 6 ) and osteoporosis only ( 66 ) 结果颈椎受累49例其中转移瘤29例，原发骨肿瘤14例单纯骨质疏松6例；胸椎椎体压缩98例，其中66例为单纯骨质疏松， 24例为转移瘤， 8例为原发骨肿瘤或肿瘤样病变；腰椎椎体压缩111例，其中单纯骨质疏松66例，转移瘤39例，原发性骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变6例。
