  用攀钢炼钢生产数据对仿真软件系统进行的测试和仿真研究结果表明：仿真系统的随机数发生算法可以实现对作业时间的依分布随机抽取；在相似的输入条件下，仿真结果与实际生产物流的时间分布规律基本吻合，达到了仿真软件设计的预期目标；若以攀钢提钒炼钢厂现工艺的铁水输入作为全连铸后的输入条件，则现工艺的物料供应能力可能难以满足全连铸生产的要求；连铸机的连浇计划对转炉炉次计划的编制有很高的要求，合理安排来料、炼钢与浇铸三者间的物流平衡关系将是保证全连铸作业的重要条件；当出现设备异常情况时，可以利用混铁炉与lf炉站前等待作为物流缓冲池，通过延长系统的平均物流时间来缓解因设备检修和故障等扰动所造成的影响，确保生产的顺利进行。

  本文结合攀钢转炉炼钢工艺现状及全连铸对钢水质量的要求，从改进炼钢过程质量控制的角度，以转炉连铸机炉机匹配条件下提高钢种炼成率为目标，在现有lgmis系统和转炉炼钢过程静态控制模型的基础上，详细分析了攀钢转炉炼钢的钢种炼成率以及影响攀钢转炉炼钢的钢种炼成率的因素，分析了转炉炼钢主原料（铁水、半钢、混合铁水）的质量和物流条件对攀钢炼钢过程质量的影响，提出了通过控制转炉炼钢主原料质量和物流条件改进炼钢过程质量控制的策略。

  本文在分析国内外决策支持系统发展现状的基础上，构建了攀钢提钒炼钢厂生产管理智能决策支持系统（ lg - idss ）的框架；重点研究了lg - idss中的生产计划子系统，建立了适合炼钢厂现阶段和全连铸生产条件下炼钢连铸生产调度仿真的时间petri网模型，最后采用面向对象的软件设计技术编写了软件，并以攀钢炼钢厂生产组织情况为例进行了仿真、模拟。
