  系统中采用了三层的c s和b / s混合模式，利用中文windows2000操作系统平台和delphi6 . 0等工具设计并开发了基于internet intranet的采油工程管理信息系统。该系统可实现泵况控制、抽油杆断脱控制、信息管理、发布、报表输出、系统维护、采油产量预测等功能，并且可以依据分析结果优化施工方案，能够让各个终端用户了解最新和未来的生产动态。目前，此系统已经在大庆采油八厂测试运行。
